
Washington: Company announced SK Telecom, the largest provider of mobile phones in South Korea plans to start selling BlackBerry smart phones produced by Research In Motion, the Canadian domestic market before the end of the year.
The news agency Yonhap reported SK Telecom for mobile services, the local partner of Research In Motion, said it plans to start selling phones BlackBerry Bold for about 800 thousand won (586 dollars), excluding VAT.
She added that the price of a BlackBerry Bold will drop to about 700 thousand won, after taking into account support.
The SK Telecom that users of the new device will have them participate in the service for e-mail, compared with 26 thousand won per month, excluding the prices of regular contributions and voice services and an Internet connection.
